Even through the trailer, it has a cheap-ass hokey feel to it.
And all the recycled parts, props and pieces from Resident Evil...
I think they should've stuck to the original plot of the game and weapons. |

Looks like a total recylced Resident Evil movie. Do they really think us gamers are that stupid that we wouldn't notice the direct comparisons, please....
I'll probably still see it but I won't have high expectations like I did when I went to see R.E. for the very first time...
Your right, they should have kept it just like the story line of the game. I don't recall it having a squad, DOOM is a single player game :dunno: |

| Why do they have to ruin almost any video game that they turn into a movie? While I was watching the Doom trailer I expected to see the Resident Evil logo at the end, total weak sauce. As for the Halo movie.. I am SOOOOO sick of constantly hearing about the only good game for the Xbox. Make it go away :mad: |

| I'm actually intrigued by this movie. Sure it might suck, but atleast they're trying something new in film making. The first person idea does look a little hokey, but maybe it will work... or atleast make half the theater motion sick. |
