Post your stats on any exercise. I will post my bench since it is probably the most popular benchmark.
i weigh ~230(and shrinking) and bench 245 (3*sets of 5), still havent figured out my max :( |

| When I was my heaviest at 230lbs, my max bench I did was 495lbs for 2 reps. |

I'll post my puny weights (all weights incl. weight of the bar)
Bench max = 2 reps @ 145lb
Deadlift = 6 reps @ 195lb
Squat = 4 reps @ 230lb
My weight topped out at 137lb.
Just getting back into it after a 2 month hiatus. |

heres mine without the bar weights... cause i have no idea how much the bar weighs.. maybe around 40 lbs... its a big heavy black sucker...
squats - 230
bench - 140
curls- (use curling bar) - 100
i weight 145...... its kina sad i would like to weigh in at around 170... but whatever... i'll get there.. |

My job 8 hours a day 5-6 days a week. You want to lose 20lbs in a few weeks follow me around.
Im 5'10'' 150-160lbs
Max bench - my gf and on the bench 160lbs
Max leg press 500kg
MAx amount of push ups in a row - 40
Max chin ups in a row - 60 (owww)
Running Long jump - 16 feet
Standing Long jump - 7 feet
Triple jump - 5 feet (why why?)
Yup I am old.........

5'10 185, umm max bench was 195 3 times, so not a full max but ikn ow i cant do over 195 i tried but no go.
so 195 bench
375 squat
200 squat 110 times
bicep curls i do 3 sets of 12 on 30lbs
All these numbers were in May dropped off significantly , due to needing shoulder surgery and my hamstring acted up. So less weights on all those now.
Reason the legs are like that is im a hockey goalie and im a freak , max leg press ive done is 755 lbs |

bench - 210 lbs.
bicep ez-curl: 100 lbs.
tricep extention (dumbell): 50 lbs.
Shoulder Press (dumbell): 70 lbs. |
