| There is all that shop space available on the westend - 184st just south of Yellowhead (when you're leaving St A to comeinto the city). |

lots of shop space around the south side, but very pricy.
my boss was recently looking for a bigger shop, and it ended up costing us a huge jump in per foot rent to get into a bigger place. |

| I drive past some new "office/shop" space just being built everyday on the way home. Its on 111 street and 23 avenue, right on the corner. Brand new so not sure about prices, but might be worth checkin out. Its the new developement beside heritage mall :dunno: |

Those are allready spoken for. One of the is going to be a new TD Canada Trust to replace the small branch by Blockbuster, One of them is becomming a dental clinic and i'm not sure about the 3rd. |
