It's all there, everything works and the mileage is indeed low..... Only 126,000 km. It's a fully loaded GLL model that comes with air, tilt, cruise, power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and antenna, digital dash, t-tops, hi-fi tape player with 8 band equalizer, 3 setting adjustable suspension, digital compass and many other interesting options. There is also an antiquated turbo timer under the dash. This vehicle has been stored in a barn for the better part of 15 years. It does need work, but it runs. There was an outstanding fuel injector recall on this vehicle and NISSAN has honored my claim. So, ladies and gentlemen - this car has BRAND NEW injectors and BRAND NEW injector rails replaced under warranty!!! :lol: This repair alone is worth at least $1000.
The only bad things about this car is that the paint is faded, the driver's leather seat is torn and headliner is slowly coming off but other than a few surface rust spots it's pretty much complete. It runs but a little roughly - it clearly needs some sort of work. I believe the exhaust manifold and the head gasket is toast on this car and both will most likely need to be replaced. The tranny is fine at least and shift okay (too bad it's an automatic....). These cars tend to suffer from severe frame rail rust on both sides, but I have had friends tell me the driver's side is in good shape - but the passenger's side will need some work. I do NOT have the space or money to finish the work on this car. So I am selling it for what I think is a very reasonable price given the low mileage, many options and the rather valuable repair performed on this car. I have been pretty up front about what I think the car needs.
My asking price is only $1200.
It can certainly be parted out for three times that, but I don't have the space. For months, people have asked me for this part or that, but I live in a condo and would certainly part it out if I had a garage.
