Good luck - there's always talk of it in Canada since the US has it, but it's what can tie you to your cell phone company, I know I'd be leaving Roger's if I could take my number....

plan to be completed September, implementation to be enacted probably quarter 1 2006, but I wouldnt count on it being reliable until about this time next year at least.
