foods high in calcium (skim milk, low fat yogurt, etc.), foods high in protein (lean meats such as chicken, turkey), and foods high in fiber (whole grain breads, high fiber cereals), .
Keep in mind that calories mostly come from carbs or fat. You want to minimize them by eating food which is high in fiber (IIRC, net carbs = carbs-fiber, since fiber just passes through it doesn't really affect weight, it just fills you up and helps you shit better) and lean meats. If you don't mind fish it probably is the best food you can eat, it is full of healthy fats and acids and has a very high protein to calorie ratio. Also, dont worry about healthy carbs like fruits and vegatables, these are typically low in calories and you can eat alot of them to fill you up .I suggest that you pick up Men's health Abs diet. |

if you eat lots of chocolate bars, replace them with apples.
Dont eat 3-4 hours before bed.
If you need a snack, have a piece of fruit or veggie.
Stay completely away from all trans fats, sugars (chocolate/candy), pop, coffee (tea is ok, but dont add sugar).
I've been doing this for 2 months.
I went from 200 Lbs and unhealthy and pale to 177 Lbs and super healthy...
Oh yea, also get out, dont sit around, be active and go walking or shopping or something that isnt sitting around.
Its makes a heck of a difference. |

I don't think there are any wiegh loss foods, just lots of wieght gain foods to reduce or elminate. A chocolate bar once in a while as long as it not everyday.
When your looking at your daily food intake, don't forget to look at the drinks. Best thing I did for my body was stop drinking pop and similar crap. Even juice has plenty of sugar in it. Water is the best thing for your body and <yeah> it has no calories.
