Hmm, seems there was a problem with Payroll, i just talked to a co-employee, and he said they overpaid about 2x and they were going to deposit the correct amount and then take out the wrong amount. How does this process even work, i didnt know they could just take money out of my account like that?
Has this happened to anyone here?
Im just curious, what would happen if there for some reason was no money left in the account (LOL).
Anyways, im just curious how this all works. |

They could/can/will EFT the money out.
If there is no money in there........then they are out of luck.
........and you are out of a job.. |

| As far as I understand they cannot withdraw from your account, either they take it from your future checks or they ask you to issue them a check |

I'm wondering about this to, I know if we have any mistakes on our cheques they dont just go in and take out the money. They nitify us about the issue and ask if its ok if they can take or add the corrected amount to our next cheque. |
