| just so you know, when you have a modded lude, with only 30 k on it...more then likely one of those mods used to be a swapped gauge cluster so i wouldnt doubt if your car has somewhere in the 100k plus range on it lol. ill vouch for this car and its owner, AND its previous owner..its a solid prelude.. |

| parting it out would only make the car that much harder to sell..the more rare parts he has on the car the easier it will be to sell. |

i beg to differ. most people like modding their car because they like to add a personal touch to it. if i bought his car, even though it would be mine, i would be driving around in his car.
when i bought my car, i tried to find one that was stock or had the same mods that i wanted (which never happens).
most people find that they can part their mods, return it to stock, and still sell for the same or very similar price. while i agree that the oem kit is a strong selling point for some, it may not be for others.
so i guess i'll just say this to whoever buys the car: if you're planning on going with a different kit, i'll pay a more than fair price to take that oem kit off your hands. good luck with the sale :) |
