| Anyone in Vancouver know what kind of inspections you need to do before you can register/insure a jdm car? If you know, can you also let me know where I can do these inspections, thanks. |

You'll need to apply for a new VIN from an ICBC agent and get an OUT OF PROVINCE inspection done. Most shops are licensed for inspections (gravey work ..)
Your biggest problem is finding an ICBC agent who has a clue what to do. :)
I'm not in Van but I'm in BC .. if you need assistance I can probably help you out a bit as I've gone through this already.
