im trying it out, but i keep loosing races.
got two accounts, a vw golf gti and a 5.0 stang, and i get my ass handed to me every time, so i save up some credits and go cruising for import models, then go put them to work, and as soon as i have some money and im going to go buy some parts, some hoe races and beats me and takes it.

id join a v8less crew, and who cares what car you drive in there, from what i see, aside from a few manufacturers, most of the fast cars are v8s... |

Not true at all, I think the guys there favor honda's, which pisses me off. The biggest thing is getting your driver skill up, in the first day I have won 29 races and lost 4. Get your driver skill up by racing your slow guy with your fast guy.

| Yea I am losing money when I am not online if I have more than $500, but on the plus side, lots of the time when I have $500 I come back with $2000-$3000 and like 300 import models sometimes...can't complain after 2 days I have a net worth on there of $26,000 |

I've never been able to steal either, so I don't even bother trying anymore. I have had my net worth up over 100k in the first two days of this new contest, but a large part of that is Import Models. It's kinda fun having my car as quick as it is with all the skill I have at such a low net worth, I have a .87 win/loss average. Most of those losses came from guys that have some way of cheating and racing people with way less net worth(ex. I had a networth of 27k and some guy with 164k raced me, that shouldn't happen)
It's fun though, good way to waste a little time each day!

Manhunter, unless you've got calendars to sell about the only way out of the hole is to sell some parts, or your car if it's that bad. Just find the parts you can get by without for a couple races until you can buy some calendars.
I've been caught racing I think 4 times since this game started, about 10g's in fines. They take more depending on how fast ur car is.

Man oh man, I'm just about to head back in to 1000 credits and 220,000 calendars to sell. Lame thing though, is that I have nothing to spend the money on besides more calendars. Maybe I'll just spend a couple hours tomorrow seeking some good races, get me some more experience, get that level up to like 12. Took this long to get to 8, and it's so hard to find people to race and actually beat at the level I've achieved. Damn Skyline just doesn't cut it, I saw a guy with the Lotus yesterday, 2102 hp. Fucking insane!

get something cheap, and mod it to max power. then, keep your import models low, very low, and run minimal fuel, nos, and calendar reserves
race people at low values until you get your skill up, but try to pimp your hoes a lot so you get enough money for parts and sustenance fuel, but dont go overboard or you get too high a value and have to race people with high skill and pimped out vettes and such like. |

Keep an eye out for people that have expensive cars and low networth. If they only have 5k more than the car is worth, chances are they haven't modded anything on it. There are alot of people that make enough to buy a new car and do it right then without thinking about modding it. Race alot of people, if you find people that you can beat easily, just open a window on their profile. Do this with a bunch of people, and just go down the line and race all of them repeatedly, get huge experience and train yourself. If at all possible just keep doing this until you get massive experience like 700-800%. Then do some pimping, make some money and pay for your training.
I didn't do this last time, although I'm noticing that it should be a good way to win alot and hold onto your ho's better.

I know that's the idea, but I don't want to go up now, I still need more skill, it goes all the way to 20 and I'm still stuck at 13. I can't find anyone near my networth that I can race and beat.
I know how to do it better this next session, although that's not going to be for like 2 weeks. Start off keeping your networth as low as possible, only racing for skill and a little money when you are able to spend it on a skill upgrade. By doing this you can have a skill level of like 10 and still have a networth under like 30k. Then nobody can beat you, even if the car you're in is bone stock.

My skill level is 15, my net worth is around $300,000.
At one point today I had 1765 IM's, that's when people started recruiting like crazy from me.
IM's also bump your networth up for some reason.
I have been issued 12 tickets now for racing.
My car is at 1300 HP and I can destroy almost anybody in my "hunting" range.
Who care's if you can beat them, just gain the experience, my win percentage is around 66, which is good enough for me. |

I believe that your skill level goes up faster if you win.......although I'm not completely sure, I should check that out if this will ever let me log on again!

I just about to get to level 11... It takes 50 races to go up 1 level, after you pass 10. I just find 2 guys I know I can beat and race them in turn until they start declining.

That's all I do too man, it really pisses people off when you do it to them online though. I raced a guy 7 times straight yesterday, took 87k off of him, his networth was 98k, he'd just sold his car and was browsing the dealerships deciding what he wanted, went to buy a skyline, and he had 3k left, lmao! Needless to say, he's tried to steal my car about 30 times since.

P.S. If you race guys without any models you can just keep going till they break down or run out of fuel, if you race for ho's your worth goes up and you can't race them anymore. Once you have a certain amount of models it doesn't matter anyways, I've had over 4000, lost them all in one shot when my tires blew out. I'm sure that guy was happy when he came online. |
