it was a construction site, they were building a big apartment, and it all burnt down! i wonder who started it, i bet you he's in big shit right now!

SaabKraft
that's where i've been working all summer. fucking unreal, all that effort, time and money.

fuck fuck fuck.

Therin
yeah that fucking sucks when you see all your hard work and time go to waste.

B-Rad
The move in date was tomorrow for most people. Although the fire is terrible, it would have been a lot worse if people had moved in.

uhh, they were still finishing the 1st tower, there aren't even any hot water tanks, flooring, counters, sinks, lights, switches or toilets in the suites. just drywall, some paint and outlets.

REFLUX
I saw it from downtown, by the size of it I thought it was the Superstore gas station.

It was crazy

srt-4toys
rumour has it that it was caused by a propane bottle tipping over and knocking off the valve

ehos
We saw it from the Delta hotel side AS it happened.

First nothing, than HUGE plumes of black smoke/flame. We're like, hmm, chemical fire, let's get outta here quick!

lilweiner
Fucking awsome!!!! looks like there is going to be some overtime for those that were working there..

Hi hockeyboy77,

It was indeed quite the site to see. I live only a couple of streets away from it. Thankfully I was just outside the evacuation zone. It was neat to see all the ash and mung on my car and bits in my yard.

It was too bad for those living in the town houses accross the alley as they started to catch fire too due to the heat.

However I had this temptation to run to superstore and get winers and marshmellows.

I was watching it from my office. Crazy fire, and it happened so fast. It was a nice afternoon, watch the girls at Diamonds in the bikini car wash, and watch the fire.... didn't get much work done Friday afternoon. :D
