Hello EZCC Members,
I know that this Saturday, you have the Calgary Z Car Clubs Show in Calgary, but for those of you that may not be able to make it to Calgary, we have something to offer.
This Saturday, August 27th, the NECC is having their very first Hot Lapping Event.
We would like to extend the NECC Membership pricing to those of you that are EZCC Members. The price is $35, as opposed to the $45 for non-members.
We are extending this offer to select Edmonton Car Clubs!

BTW, how did you guys get past the normal 1 week minimum notice for adding people to the registration list for Namao Base security? :dunno: |

Nope, regrettably we didn't see any EZCC members there, but perhaps we will next time when we give a little more warning. :D
As for the base security, I was the one dealing with the folks at Namao. I faxed them the day before the event with the roster and said I would be providing two copies of the list to the gate and range control folks. Never heard a response back, so perhaps we just really got away with one there. :D |

| Cool. Normally its a 1 week minimum beforehand to signup, which actually makes it a PITA when you're scrambling to get last minute people to sign up. If they miss the 1 week window, they're SOL. Normally... |

Hmm, they never gave us a lick of trouble about it at all!
I don't think they'd deny anyone on the list you provide them at the gate. That said, the range control officer told me that they were told not, under any circumstances, to let people in that were not on the list. |
