V8less Sport Compact Challenge

EDMONTON EDITION - SEPTEMBER 17 BUDWEISER MOTORSPORTS PARK ( WWW.BUDPARK.COM)

Hundreds sport compact and custom cars will gather at Budpark on September 17th during V8less Sport Compact Challenge (SCC) Presented by The Tire Warehouse.

During The Tire Warehouse SCC at Budpark, expect to see the hottest tuner vehicles race across the quarter-mile drag strip. At the same time, spectacular vehicles competing in the show competitions combine with a drift showoff team to drive the capacity crowd into a frenzy only seen at SCC!

No Pre-registration is required (except for Drift) however, all clubs and crews are encouraged to register a number of vehicles show to reserve space in the show area.

September 17, Budweiser Motorsports Park
Competitor Registration doors: 9:30 AM
General Spectators: 11 AM

Drag Competitor- $40 (includes admission for competitor) Showoff Competitor - $25 (includes admission for competitor) General Spectator/Crew - $12

Yeah about that...We went out Friday and popped Glenn's car.

Marc did OK with the MK3 keeping it steady wth 15 ish times

My car is parked pending a sale or I would have beat the tar outta it there. Oh well.

Saturday I had a family thing I was trying to dtich but was unable.

yeah I wanted to go but I had to work, and I'd just be spectating anyway, car is nowhere near ready for any event. next year should be our year though, a lot of us have some pretty big projects in the works :thumbup:

i went ahd an awsome time there to. I have never been to drag races before so it was awsome. ANd the Drifting was unreal as well.
