Any scenic/cheap golf courses in edmonton and area?

Rundle Park, Victoria Park.
If by scenic you mean they have grass haha, past that you wont have the royalites like Banff with Mountains and wildlife. |

| River Ridge isn't bad, the front nine are nice, back nine is... well ok. |

| I'm not sure on the price, but Legends is nice, just north of Sherwood park. |

Yah Legends is great course to play. The new Champions back 9 has some great views. You won't be dissapointed. Been there half a dozens time this year already. Only $ 28 mon-fri.
I'm playing there this monday. Best round I shot there was a 93. This being my first year taking up golf serioulsy. Damm expensive hobby. |

| Well Highlands is right in the river valley of edmonton, it's not bad at all. Also just out of edmonton is Goose Hummock, it's quite nice. |

I like Raven Crest, they always have really nice fairways and greens :thumbup:
Their prices aren't bad either, but I can't remember them off the top of my head. |

Jager Ridge has some awesome scenary but it is very tough

What do you consider cheap? 90% of area courses are less then 40$, so you have your choice. The rest are $60 and over.
If you are really cheap go out to JR's. $20 with cart during the week, and $20 on the weekends w/o cart. Its a decent layout, they just don't water it. |

| We played Lakeshore just north of Edmonton. The owner is awesome. Great service, no charge for club rentals and 18 holes for the price of 9. But not as scenic. Any scenic courses in edmonton? |

| Golfed Elk Island Golf course. Nice wide fairways with tall trees. Nice view, almost looks prehistoric with those trees. |
