| take it to the court on the date, and they will void it |

| don't wait for the court date, Take it to the court House on Monday. MY sister & a friend got a ticket & the cops spell thier names wrong & they got off... |

how bad was the spelling?? if he mistook an e for an o or something like that they wont do anything for you... if its like
mcgregor but they spelled it mcgrenor different story |
| T2_05 |
| its liek ott but they spelt it ot |
| 92_WhItE_H23 |
| then no..your fooked.. because its close enough that theres no mistaking who you are and that he gave you the ticket and not sombody else |
| T2_05 |
| but that would be equivalent to saying my name is 1234566 and instead the cop wrote 123456 its a totally different number....but i guess i'll jus have to suck it up |

| yea but im just saying u will take tha ticket in to fight it based on he missed a T in your name but thats not enough information to assume it wasnt you and could possibly be the name of someone else. specially if all the other information to prove its you was correct. |

so what if they spelled my name with a 'ph' instead of a 'v'? more often then not, it happens |

| im pretty sure if they make one little mistake its void. try taking it to the courts on the date on your ticket, bring money to pay it just incase, but the person should just throw it away |

| ive tried before... they wrote on my ticket MacWhiter instead of MacWhirter and on the other one he made the E look funny and it looked more like an O and they said it didnt matter |

| worth fighting... the ticket has someone elses name on it |
