missing or defective ignition output ...

ive replaced the coil, ignition module and all the plugs and wires are good... i dunno what else to do to get this thing to start...ideas anyone? theres no spark whatsoever..

maybe its the cap, rotor or distributor thats bad. id look over those as well...
