What about something like this? Whoever is designing the shirts, American Eagle has a shirt called the "Eagle Polo", it is a golf shirt, little bit thicker collar so it stands up. I have a bunch of these and they fit awesome. Something in that style would be pimp.
As for pics, "2" on the front, embroided or silk screened, and then "6" on the back. The chick exiting the car looks hype, good job on the design! Black shirt, with white letterting would look cool, really stands out. The the image on the front will mesh nicely cause it has some black in it. What do you guys think? |

I could see that on a ball cap. That's pretty nice design. Maybe the stripes run all around the ball cap. Or maybe even a back window sticker.

It seems we all agree on the design with the girl and logo underneath.
Let's keep it going. Maybe a few of us should take this design to a few promotional products companies and get some quotes.

| i have no plans of letting this die sunil. i got ya on this one. :thumbup: i havent talked to my guy in just over a week, but i'm sure it wont be a problem. what we need then is to decide if we all want the same color shirt so we can pick some background colors for the logo, i'm assuming everone will want the colors the same. and what size everyone will want, what kind of shirt (ie. cheap, or really nice cotton) and if we want to get sponsorship for these. together well make this happen. |

My opinions, and only mine:
Color: black shirt, white lettering, red design of girl / car (maybe even all white?)
I would personally like at least 2 (one meduim, one small for my sister) in a quality cotton. We should even look into the costs of hoodies since you know what's in the air.
Sponsorship is not a big deal to me. I don't really know if I want a restaurant name on the back of our "club" shirts anyways. I'm fine with financing our own costs.

| for sizes of shirts we can have any size we want, its up to the individual person. so the 10$ shirts were going to be cheap fruit of the loom, and one color silkscreen. so my question is does anybody know where we can get nice cotton shirts and hoodies with no logo or printing on them. if anybody knows pm me and i can find out a more accurate cost of these. i'll call pete (the shirt guy) tomorrow when i get home so we can get an update on the price for this design. |

We must come up with the design.
Here's my suggestion....small MR2 logo (either screaming eagle or the new MK3 logo) in left front (just like other shirts put their logo).
at the upper back (just below the collar) "MIDSHIP RUNABOUT". Below it is the girl's logo with E-town MR2 club.
How about getting JP, Rob & the rest of the "veterans" their suggestion? |

| Ok so heres the deal, spread the word, let people know that they need to pm me and i'll get a rough number of people in. ill start a poll in the "2" forum and find out what the interest is; shirts, sweaters, super sweet sweat bands, and that will be what we get. we may be able to all do shirts and if there is enough interest a run of hoodies as well. i'll get on some rough costs this week, the only thing is cost will vary on interest and some people dont want to commit until they know the cost so ill try to accomodate both worlds. any suggestions, comments, questions, let me have em!!! |

| Talk about kicking a dead horse. so i went to gravato today, only thing is i cant remember whick one we decided on, it looks like #7 and #1 got some good responses. Friday morning i should have the "prototype" in hand, and for all the golf shirt hopefuls, they arent american eagle but they do have some, if you want a nicer shirt let me know and we can arrange something. |
