NGK spark plugs - Click HERE for Original Thread

testingcheck
I was told to get some NGK spark plugs V-power (copper) for my '91 integra. But I called Canadian Tire and Partsource and they dont carry them, but they do carry the uranium ones. So I am wondering if getting the iridium ones are better then copper and platinum. Also If copper is better where can I get a set of the copper V-power for a '91 integra?

Kenshin
uranium? you sure? i wonder since when did NGK start making spark plugs using nucler material

testingcheck
lol sorry i was dazed for a moment. Also I want to get the V-power NGK sparks (copper) but canadian tire and partsource dont carry them for my car.

twinturbo
That seems weird.
My Crappy tire does.
so does wallymart.

I'd go in and check, often the jokers on the phone don't know anything anyway!!

testingcheck
Well they carry them but not for my car.

twinturbo
That doesn't seem right either!
I bought some for my 92 'teg there!

I bet they stock them, but maybe are just out of them right now. That would be really weird if they don't keep them in stock normaly. They shouldn't be anything special. SHould be a normal heat range and thread. Well......good luck. I would still go in and double check! Or try another crappy tire?

Anonymoose
Try Bumper-to-Bumper or Napa if you still can't find them.

I know Bumper to Bumper on 99 St & 37 Ave can order any NGK spark plugs you need. If they can get Skyline spark plugs in 1 day I'm sure they can help you out too

testingcheck
Thats the thing they have some for a '92-93 teg but not for any lower. I will try Bumper to bumper. Thanks guys.

You might need to find a plug for a diff brand for your car.. then cross referance.. I had to do that for the NGK G-Power plats for my neon.

twinturbo
If you cross reference, I bet your car shares it's plugs with a million other cars. But it's probably to old to show up in the crappy tire books. So they probably just said they don't have it.

TrevorK
The iridium plugs you refer to in your first post are very good (Stock on WRX's I believe), however I seem to think last time I bought a set they were $15-20 a plug....

RS13
