Yello,

My car just rolled over 50K and it's about due for an oil change too. I called the honda dealership and they suggested a type 4 package which is like $420+tax+service/misc fees.

In this package, they said that they would replace/change/inspect a bunch of stuff including the spark plugs / distributor cap / rotars / transmission / oil change / spark plugs / valve adjustments / tire rotation / brake service. and a couple other things that I didn't quite catch.

Is that right? I didn't think that the spark plugs needed to be changed that early. Just wanted to check to see if this is mandatory or are they pulling my leg?

advice/comments/concerns?

thanks in advance :)

its not mandatory, it is sugguested which is actually a good idea to keep everything running like brand new but it might be time for a tranny fluid change and a valve adjust.

how much is an valve adjustment?
