Go file a police report, I have seen it in the past where the other party that hit you goes and files and claims they where also hit and run. If you havent filed a report you look like the guilty party if you happen to get caught (only wy is if you go to get it fixed)
Also if you want to go through insurance you need to file a police report. I know with my policy if I file the report within 24 hours of the accident they waive the deductable. |

| Just try and track down where you think it may have happend and other information, but unfortunately if no one comes forward most time you are screwed :( All you can do is pay your deductable |

All you can do is file the report to cover your butt. My car was hit on the rear, my old neon, not the one i still have. I went to the cops and told me don't bother cause the front of my car was damaged from somebody else who made a right turn from a left lane while I happened to be there. They said my ins would get suspicious or some crap. I said I wasn't going to claim it, unless I found out who did it.
I drover up and down every street in my town looking for a red car with scrapes on the front pass side.. nothing. So I buffed out what I could and it was barely noticable. |

you have to pay for the service.......its like 30 bucks extra a year and you get a few extra goodies like this feature. I have been with them for over 3 years and I have always had it on my policy. |

I was going to mention to - it's called the Grand Touring package. The reason I got it on my policy is because it ups your coverage on rental vehicles from $25,000 to $50,000. |

www.melochemonnex.com - should be a 1-800 number on there. I don't have their Edmonton number handy, but I'm sure a quick search here should reveal it. |

| To be able to get coverage through Meloche Monnex you must be either in a professional association or an alumni of NAIT. Just to let you know. |
