Will a 2000+ VW Jetta rims fit on a 1992 VW Jetta? Are the offsets and bolt pattern the same?

nope 4th gen Jettas/Golfs are 5x100, while the 92(2nd gen) is 4x100.

depends on the width you are running. but 35ish will work
