Why would you want to clip it? Put a larger turbine housing on it to move your power band higher.
I haven't heard of anybody clipping a turbine wheel for at least 3 years.

does it not give better topend, buschur offers them aswell as many others.

Clipping it will give better topend, but so will putting a larger turbine housing. With a larger turbine housing the turbo doesn't need to be rebalanced.
Clipping was used WAAAAY back in the day when there weren't alot of available larger turbine housings on the market.
Clipping = Ghetto

and what about porting

I would recommend a gasket match, be very careful when going past that. You can easily fuck up the airflow dynamics designed into the housing if you don't know what you are doing. Beware of the negative side effects of a larger internal wastegate flapper and the porting that goes along with it, the pressure on the increased surface area of the flapper can cause it to blow open at higher rpms resulting in a loss of boost at high rpms.

Clipping well give more flow at the expense of efficiency which is way more important. Move up a size AR or to a different trim wheel.

The different trim wheel will also require the turbo to be re-balanced.

DSM
I know Ben from NACDSM has a 20G wheel just sitting around that you could put in there.
