After work I had to shoot a vehicle that I was test driving for the paper. Since it had rained this afternoon the black vehicle got covered in tons of waterspots so I took a run to the car wash. I figured that the same thing would end up happening if I didn't dry the car off so I bought an Absorber towel from Hughes.
Now I've used chamois' in the past, but I've never had anything work as well as this. It's just remarkable how well this thing absorbs every drop of water and leaves it completely spot free.
Here is a little taste of what the SUV looked like afterwards.

$2 wash and a wipedown, pretty damn good. Now I need to get another vehicle to use this on! |

| Well for lots of chamois that I've used in the past I can just drop it on the car and drag it around. This one sticks to the car like crazy so it's a little tougher to just slide around the surface, but it still does wonders. |

| i didn't really like it, i hate how it "sticks" to the surface of the car, makes it a bitch to wipe off...just my opinion tho |

I did find the grippiness a little annoying, but that's what allows it to work so well. |

You dont know how to use a chamoise then. You chamoise a portion then wipe with a cotton cloth to be rid of water marks.
I use all sorts of chamoise , Lamb skin , deer skin , cow hide , synthetics and out of all the absorber wins my Industrial Chamoise award of the years cus its the easiest to use. I get 14 year old kids using it there first 2 minutes with the friggin thing its so easy...... lso Absorbers win my "last forever" award they dont wear out frey and leave skin burrs on the finish afterwards either. Be the best $20 or less you spend they last forever with constant detailer use. USER DISCRETION ADVISED! lol cus if you use it to clean the car your really not doing it right. |

Grippiness? If it grabs does it hurt? I use them for hours at a time never felt that the gripping grab water off the paint was a bad thing unless your a girly man hahahaha j/k.
Ya they grab but remember the name "absorber" thats a mild way to describe the function of the chamoise. Elbow grease people cars dont clean themselves. |

| No problem. When I come across something that works this well I just have to recommend it. I have never used a chamois that compares. |
