| my roof wont open on a 99 ! the motor goes, you can hear it but it doesnt want to open, is this an expensive fix? anyone else had any problems in the past? suggestions? thanks. |

didn't you just buy this car?
it might be jammed up, try to help it up while its going into the tilt position. |

| yup i did, it was rainin hard when i bought it , and i neglected to check it, i should have known better, ill give it little push and try it but we shall see, ill check with honda later on this week. Thanks. |

| there might be a factory recalls on these type of problems, just like our rear wheel bearings which honda honors it. do a research on prelude recalls. |

| has happened to me lots on my 92 and once in a while on my 99, must be a common problem....i just give it a little push and its fine |

| Do not push it.... It must have got some water down there & it create a suction |
