The no battery thing is great, and it's a very light watch for it's size.

Yes, I actually do sail and know what all the funky markings mean.:)

can u tell more about this one and how much they run for?

well i haven't decided on price range yet

but i don't want something that is massively large
i like to have some features like timer, alarm,

my friend has one that tell altitude and pressure i like it it looks nice as well and has compass made of light (compass needle is actually alight )

bigmack000
to the other guys with the titanium watches. does it feel like you dont have your watch on some times when it slides under your sleve? my one watch is super heavy then when i have the ti on that is the same size i barly notice it and forget that its on lol

dance_of_curse

I currently have this cheap ass quartz seiko chronograph (tells time better than a rolex :) ). I'm thinking of upgrading to a russian automatic (vostok, poljot) or maybe an automatic seiko diver.

dc2696

mines like this only it has diamonds where the bars are.

dc2696
its actually more like....j/k:cool:

ae1969
You mean this one....

dc2696

It's odd, but I am used to both of them, just the SS one is a bit more substantial and the Ti feels like a toy :)

btw, black face Submariners are going to go up huge in price in the next little while. It's tough enough to get one, will be even harder to get them in the future (black face, black bezel) right from the President of Rolex... They've already gone up abit in the last two years, they sit about $6100 without tax...

I don't wear a watch, but I do really like this one. It must be something about owning a 944s that makes me want a belt driven watch...
