| one of my friends drove by a police scene very fast not knowing they were there till it was to late and then continued to drive fast away from the scence, if* they got his plate is there anything the police can do in this situation |

| i wasnt to sure what the scene exactly was but there was about 4 cop cars and 1 van in the parking lot, but i doubt they had any time to get the plate |

| Well if they didnt get the plate they cant do anything but give you a verbal warning cuz they realy dont know if it was even the person who their bitching at's vehical and if they did get the plate you can easily just denie everything and say that you lent the vehical to a friend that night as you were out of town on business. They basicly have to pull you over to give you an accual ticket or it wont hold up to well in court. |
