Sizes needed are in the following size range.
1.75 x .120 to 2.00 x .95
Must be DOM. |

Talk to a custom snowmobile shop - Mountain Magic, Boucher Motorsports, etc.... They all make custom parts out of chromoly for their sleds. |

I used to be into snowmobiling and I've never seen any sled part made out of tubing this big. Even custom one-off sleds.
No worries though, I looked into pricing and for materials it will cost me almost as much as to buy a 4pt roll bar. As much as I like to fabricate my own stuff, I might as well just buy one if I'll only save $50. |

Try the following pipe supply places...all should be in the phone book. I'm sure you will find other suppliers not mentioned below.
