| Who has experience making a claim in civil court? I need some advice regarding things like forms, fees and witnesses. My reason for going to court is to recoup costs for fixing damages to my car. |

I did it, it isn't too tough.

The albertacourts site will have the forms you will need. I think it was about $120 for filing costs when I did it plus another 20 bucks for the registered mailings, that is unless you want the papers served personally. Good luck. |
