Well everybody, we have another event scheduled and we need volunteers to help running it.
Last event was a breeze because we had enough people and very well divided tasks. Nobody got stressed and nobody missed runs.
Who is up to help? Remember that EVERYBODY that drives must help. If you volunteer you don't need to be picking cones out there in the field...
We need around 8 volunteers. The available positions are:
Waivers / Registration (2)
Tech (2)
Timing / Start - Stop Box (4)
If we don't have enough volunteers, the event will not run!!!

Talking about showing up late, don't forget that tonight we adjust our clocks back one hour, so no need to show up at Tim Horton's at 6:30am!!!
Volunteers meeting @ Tim Hortons (97 Street in front of Canadian Tire) around 7:00-7:30am

We can't really get onto the base until 0800 right? So I'm thinking 0700 is a little early..
