So what is considered to be private space within a public area?
Bathroom stall?
Change room?
Cabin of car?
What dictates the do's and do not's of that private space?
For example, a couple is "caught in the backseat" of the car by a police officer, are they stopped because it's potential for indecent exposure?
Or what if they're giving some loving in a bathroom stall, still wrong even though it's private space?
(ok ok fine, bathrooms are sex specific, so let's say a homosexual couple is in the stall :p)
