Suzanne Stewart (Rallywest Regional Director) will have an agenda schedule by Kananaskis Rally on 05 November 2005
AGM Business will include:
1. Elections for
· Vice President, Director TSD Rally, Director-at-Large
Please send nominations for the above positions to me
2. Rules Changes
· Suggestions/requests for rule changes should be sent as soon as possible,
so they can be placed on the agenda.
3. Sponsorship

(Lunch menu is salad, fresh veggies, pasta buffet, assorted squares)
Lunch cost is $15.
Meeting room fee is $200 so Rallywest is asking for $5 to offset that cost. |
