Why would you backstab someone you consider your friend?
Go to the police with it. What are you going to tell them? A guy jumped up and accidentally hit your front bumper? Because thats what I saw. And then you just drove away quiet. Like you should, it was in your best interest.
And you have to incur damages in order to determine liability. Your car had a shitty front bumper strapped with zip ties and crazy glue way before Sean touched it. |

I do not consider any of those people my friend.
I drove away because that is the smart thing to do.
He deliberatly jumped and kicked it which is much different then jumping and hitting it by accident.

like most of us for instance...we clown on ppl all teh time especially the SRT-4 guys.....but its all in good fun right....so what if one of them came up and kicked ur car......u wudnt be happy

No big deal, Damien is just whining like a baby because his shitty bumper is held on with the latest in plastic technology and it almost fell off. Probably be an improvement though... |

my truck always had shit done to it at school,
theres nothing you can do,
but yea sean was going to air kick ur car, not acutaly hit it, but must of sliped on the wet ground cus it was snowing, and slipped into ur car
trust me if he wanted to kick ur car he could of put a hole thru that front bumper, but he didn't |
