| I got a speeding ticket little while ago on 167ave and about 139st. I have already paid the ticket. The speed limit at the time was 60 which they changed from 70. I was "clocked" going 80. The speed limit has since been changed back to 70. Is there anything I can to since now it would only be 10km over instead of 20? |

Its a good thing you are getting away with it because at $18.50/hr, you would need to work almost a whole day just to pay for this ticket. It seems to me that you would be doing the most sucking up as it really doesnt effect me the same way it does you. hmmm, should i speed and risk getting a ticket and have to work an extra hour and a half?

How do you figure it would be fine to go 80 in a 70 zone? It's still speeding. You're right, you probably wouldn't get pulled over for it, but, to the letter of the law, you can get a ticket for 1 over.
There's always the easy speeding solution. Don't do it.

Yes I have hense why i choose to use it when i did.
80 in a 70....because I am willing to bet that 75% of people do this and get away with it (cops included) and that number probably jumps to 90% on 780.
Im not asking for a solution to getting tickets, i never said i would not pay a ticket and would pay a 10km over ticket if i got one....
Since you like analogys so much how about this. Think of kms over as guys your girlfriend has fucked....1, you wouldnt think twice. 10, seems alittle hi but everyone is fucking so who cares, but 20 seems like thats a little out of the norm. |
