Hey, i'm new to this 780 site. I'm looking to do some modifications to my 2001 Honda Civic SI. I want this to be a total project car. Whatever it takes to make it fast and look good. Right now the car is stock. Thus far... i am looking for the following components installed:

Compustar 2 way
Turbo
BOV
Headers
Air Intake
Exhaust
17" Rims
Lowering Springs
SAFC Controller
Back 3 windows tinted
Body Kit
momo steering wheel and accessories
CF Hood
possibly NOS...

Having said that... price wise... after install... what am i looking at? Just an aproximation will do and include what you recommend for brand names. I want to know what each component would cost installed. I know it takes time so i am prepared to leave my car there for long periods of time. I just need it ready by the spring to show off!

shorti
turbo AND headers?!
shit dude that's gonna be expensive

Not sure if 18's or 19s will fit if i have the car lowered. As for the NOS.... i'm debating it... obviously if i go with it... i'll need to make some changes to make it compatible.

Haha, I seriously would rethink the whole nitrous oxide business if i were you. Unless you were planning on using it for the track, dont even bother.

Charles_00civic
Cha ching. you struck gold. haha install all these parts. Including a header in place of turbo maifold. He wont notice. hell. chrome the valve cover and tell him it's nitrous. hahaha. man. Oh srry i meant headers for all 8 cylinders. lol. Buddy.

Do this:

Intake
header
exhaust

go fromt here. and lip kits are nicer than body kits. more practical for edmonton too. the 99-00 lip kits will fit your ride. lol. Are you young? cause i was like this at 14.

Charles_00civic
wait wait. fast and civic used in the same sentence. trust me. I ahve one. I.H.E is the way to go. Unless you have si. then you might consider a turbo. (for your year) B16 is bad for turbo i think. I dunno lol.
