(ie. engine swaps turbo etc.) and good suspension section. i've book warked it...:D

A friend of mine has a 03/04 swift he is souping it up nuts like! His first $7 grand made it quicker than my GA! Thats cool I am gonna once again suggest he joins 780 so he can join a swift club FFS!

Acctually, the Mk2 and Mk3 are very similar on te outside.. but the "cockroaches" or "Egg" swifts are Mk4's... in North america..
In europe they have a different MK4... which is simlar to thr MK2 and 3's...

The newer ones,(like pictured above) are deawoo's in disguise.. and we kinda renounce the use of the swift name :(
the NEWEST one's that may or not make it here look pretty cool and if they release a new GTi, it should be mighty fun again for suzuki.

yes, we're into getting the most from the least,.. and it doesn't get any more least then a geo :P
i read that article about the SRT-4 club in the sun, and the final line, about "having fun being the underdogs" or whatever. Those guys don't know the MEANING of underdog. :D

Markgase2000
lol I agree there , Underdogs with Turbos and BOV's lmao! And over 200hp ROFL! Ya thats a underdog G.

SilverNeonRacer
heh ya I sat in a "new swift" at a car show and instantly it was like "This ain't a swift"

Markgase2000
I had to drive a Mid 90's Swift as a rental loaner once. That thing owned up to 90kmh and after I could run faster. But still there was a huge "Tuning" potential there. No power steering , no AC and it was slighly heavier than me. What cool combo of lack of luxury. Just what I would be after for a tuner.

That pic of my buddies swift , that thing kicks butt! It looks silly but it goes like baby lax! Hes got the Apex guys fiddling with it.

ehos
No no no.

Swifts are slow. Stay away! Shoo shoo!

Markgase2000
LOL I know hahahaha! But after several thousand dollars they are fairly quick! Maybe not quick enough to justify the cost of mods but yeah you know what I mean I know you do.

SSGTI.net

Heh Swift slow? only 95 and newer maybe....

Markgase2000
Heath you remember that guy we met with the swift? You had your Big car out that night. He had the nitrous kit and all.......

He tried to dupe us. The kit was for show lying :(

This link is cool man thanks :)

SilverNeonRacer
The SSgti.net I used to be a part of that site....

They've got some really nice cars.. and fast cars... too bad the really fast ones are down in Kiwi land.

The GTI's and the GT's come with a forged bottom end stock, ready for a turbo.

Mustard
ssgti hasn't been updated in a number of years...

it's unfortunate it's still up really

you are right though, Down Under is the graceland of swift owners

www.redlinegti.com is probably a better representation of the "down under tuner" side of swifts...
teamswift being the more global side.

flatboy
Got some white ground effects, off I have no idea what year.
