Anyhow, maybe this have belong in the fitness forum but...

All you people that go to the gym, what's your back routine like? I am starting to try different back exercises right now so that my back doesn't get use to a certain routine...

Usually I do chin ups, deadlifts, hammer rows....then there's the odd times I'll throw in close-grip lat pulldown, barbell row, dumbell row to mix things up abit..

Any other exercise I'm missing?

snugs
uhhhhhh, shouldn't this be on one of those dating sites... under the alternate lifestyles section... :dunno:

I seperate lower back and upper back, typically hitting each with 3 exercises. I find this much more effective than trying to do the entire back on one day.

I do seated rows, Deadlift, Lat pulldown, RReverse crossovers, and throw in a random excersise.

also do abs the same day to really strengthen the core.

yours looks poretty defined right now.

Since we are posting... I've had a little bit of work done on my back. Still have a lot of work to do on it. All those bacon-wrapped hot dogs finally caught up with me.

Looks like you'll need to start a new thread if you want any "real" feedback from ppl ;)

But from the sounds of it, your exercise routine for your back looks good.
You can try varying your grip during chin ups too.
Wide, narrow, overhand, underhand.

If you want to get really fancy & work your forearms at the same time, drap 2 towels over the bar and do chin ups while hanging from the towels.

one odd thread:dunno:

Back exercises consist primarily of 2 different movements. Pulldowns or rows. So cover those 2 and you are pretty well set. Concentrate on feeling the exercise where you should and you are off to a great start.

What are your goals anyways?

What is your diet and supplement regime like?
