This is a promotional video of Bullish Racing, a team/shop that campaigns 2 Pro class Solara's in import drag racing. It's pretty cool I think. Show's you all of the work and $$$ required to be top dog in the Elite import racing classes:

Man I would love to own and/or race one of those.Just need to win the lottery first!!

Very very cool, I wonder what the differences are between the cars.....they obviously run very even, 8 thousandths of a second is pretty freaking close. Should be cool to see if they break 200mph with the cars this season!

Thank you very much for the positive feedback you guys have given us. I love this website name. V8less...I love it. I am a huge fan of non V8 motors, and will do all it takes to prove that Technology Is A Replacement For Displacement.
Hopefully sometime this year we will get an opportunity to match race a V8 Pro Stock team. Anyway, thanks again guys.

Man, you guys are crazy for putting my photo on the main page because I posted here. Our StreetGlow sponsored Solaras make 1450+ HP, and give an incredilble rush on the launch and then after we pull the parachute. Beleive it or not the ride gets a little boring in the middle gears as we shift 1st through 5th. We feel the most power, and on the edge in 1st and 2nd, then the cars kinds of settles down through 5th unless we get hit with tire shake. Tire shake can get so violent at times that we have to lift and abort the run. We can actually lose vision for an instance on hard tire shakes. Anyway, we would love to one day come out there and have some fun. We'll see, maybe we can get StreetGlow to put on a big Glow Off night show. Why don't you guys email StreetGlow and tell them you want to see a show and our two Solaras race in Canada?

It would be great to see an actual pro car here.
We are trying to take the steps now to attract some out of town pro's here and maybe get recoginzed by a sanctioned body that will consider Edmonton as a possible place for a sanctioned race.

We just all have to agree on some things to head us in the right direction.

Hopfully it will work out and we'll see you in the coming seasons.

This is really a great video clip. And I love the soundtrack! Awesome choice of music! :)

So much work in these cars... It would really be incredible to get the big boys in Canada, there would be so many people willing to pay whatever to see it. We'll get there sooner than later.

Keep up the good work!

By no means am I knocking Bullish Motor Racing, because they have done amazing thing and I can only hope to be half as fast as their cars, but I need some clarification. I thought that the only ones to break the 200mph and 6 second mark were the V8 pro's. The name of the team has slipped my mind, but they run a Celica and I believe a Tundra, with twin turbo 8's in them. The race scene changes so fast though, that this may be old and out of date news. Again, I'm not trying to step on anybodys toes here, and those are two very wild cars, and I'd love to see them here one day.

SRBURG13
Well, new and improved technology now allowed them to crack the 200mph barrier in the 6 second range. Very proud of them.

What gets me is the consitant and stable ability to build two cars of nearly identical performance.

Truly a testament to your teams ability to tune cars.

As for being crazy, that's us.

Many believed there were not enough people to start a show/performance scene based on non-V8's. Guess we proved them wrong.

Look at it this way Ara, not to be "shoe polishing" or anything, but right now, you and your team are the fastest thing in imports right now, and we'd never guess that attract the free time of a celebrity such as yourself.

Judging from the video, you're free time seems undeniably valuable, we are truly honored by your continued presence here on V8less.

I'm going to email streetglow right now!.

ps. I don't believe you when you say "the ride gets boring" so I guess the only to prove me wrong is to let me drive the car :D

Thanks, buddy. Time is very valuable for any professional race team that's constantly on the road, but not limited to where we can't take some time to talk and hang out with spectators and fans. I love to just kick back and shoot the shit with freinds and fans after qualifying on Saturday nights.

We have about 30 weekends on our 2003 calander so we'll be on the road most of the year. As a matter of fact, I just got back from 2 weeks on the road. I don't know how many of you will be attending races or the shows in the U.S., but I would love to meet you guys in person. Who knows, maybe one day soon we'll come to Canada to race.

Unfortunately, a very small number of us ever travel to the US for the shows, whenever they do, it's usually for the big shows like SEMA.

Perhaps one day, I've emailed the marketing division of StreetGlow inhopes of pulling some of your touring legs up north, perhaps one day :)

Here's to future meetings

Just remember you'll always be welcome here Ara

hehehe, want to sell it cheap?? I've got a '96 Tracker and a '56 Buick I could trade ya for it!!

Seriously though, I'm amazed at what you and your team have accomplished, to bring two cars that competitive up at the same time is a feat that I honestly don't think anyone else has ever attained. Kudos to the Bullish Racing team!
