'Automatic Electric Guns' (AEG's) are the most popular weapons in Airsoft. Usually with capability to shoot both semi auto and fully automatic firing modes, they are easy to use and maintain.
'Electric Blow Back' (EBB) capability to shoot single or semi auto and are easy to use and maintain.
'Gas Blow Back' (GBB) pistols, the firing mechanism is almost exactly the same as in their real counter parts. During every trigger pull, compressed gas is released and expanded to propel the BB out of the barrel, while the other proportion of the gas cycles the slide back. When the slide of the pistol recovers to the forward position, it chambers the next round getting it ready to be fired
