you should go talk to a lawyer about that, i highly doubt that any advice from the people on this forum could be capable of dealing with that predicament. |

| what i would do is get a lawyer. go to the courthouse and request a copy of the recording of the court session. and pray that the judge says that there are no demeritts. if so then you can have a recall done on your claim. and another thing you can do is sue the city for false information to your case! |
