Kong - Click HERE for Original Thread

Highly recommend this movie. It's a fantastic remake of the '33 version so keep that in mind when you watch it. I would even recommend watching the original first so you can see where Jackson is making tributes to the original.

It is VERY long so go pee before you settle in.

Hi JustinL

I agree. It is a very good movie. I found the movie visually stunning. Although I am not a huge kong fan, I do reccomend this movie. I have yet to watch a Peter Jackson film where I have been dissapointed. The first little while of the movie is quite boring as the story and characters are set up. Once this has been accomplished the movie picks up and rolls nicely from there. I would rate it 8/10.

Thanks for reading,

Mike Nikolai

Nine words. King Kong vs. three t-rexs. Best fight scene EVA!

The cool thing is the film goes over with the ladies pretty good too. My wife was crying at the end of the movie. So you see what you want (cool fight scences) & don't have to pay by watching a chick flick later.
