FS: 1989 Ford Mustang GT - Click HERE for Original Thread

ReasonOne
I am selling this car for a friend of mine that recently retired who is not very internet savvy. She bought herself a new 2005 Ford Mustang GT convertible and no longer needs the '89.

1989 Ford Mustang GT coupe (Factory Black in Colour)

2nd owner vehicle with very low mileage (only 134,000 km)
5.0 V8 (or 302 c.i.d. for the old timers)
automatic transmission
air conditioning
cruise control
tilt steering wheel
power windows
power locks
power steering
power brakes
factory Ford am/fm cassette player
factory Ford rims

The original owner had it for a year (a really good friend of hers) and then my friend acquired it. It had 17,000 km's when she purchased it and has retained it ever since. It is 100% stock and in excellent condition for its age. It has been meticulously kept to as close as factory condition as possible. It has also spent a good portion of it's life stored indoors.

No power seats but both passenger and driver seats have electrical lumbar support.

Her asking price is $7,800 OBO.

As cheezy as it sounds, this is really is a low mileage original car that was mostly garaged yet occaisonally driven by a "little old lady".

I can send pictures to anybody who is interested.

Thanks for reading,

ReasonOne.

There's no such thing as a 89 GT Coupe.

Does, he mean notchback? With the trunk?

Alright.....

If everybody wants to get technical about it - it would be a hatchback. The term "notchback" would not apply because in 1989 only the base LX was available in that form, although it was possible to have an LX hatchback or an LX convertible as well. GT's came in either the "3 door hatchback" guise or the convertible.

I cut and pasted the information from my friend's description and neglected to edit the details. She refers to it as a coupe, and although the terminology in incorrect I could see how people could get muddled up or confused by the post.

I hope the above explanation clarifies all that confusion.

If you can believe it, the car was sold for ABOVE the asking price. Sorry to all that were interested. I posted it for a friend and she never told me it was sold until last week.
