...50 st and 137 ave.
There's one that catches cars going westbound on 137 ave. Anyone know if it's operational 24/7? :dunno:
Turning left from 137 ave wb to 50 st sb, it's no left turn on a red. I wasn't paying too much attention so I turned.

Most times they're not aimed at the turning lanes, next time you drive by see which way it's pointing.. prolly mounted on a pole between regular flow and turning, onthe little concrete meridian thing.
Should still flash too day or night |

| You turned when the regular light was green and just the turning lane lights were red? You'll probably be fine, but pay more attention in the future. |

| I remember hearing awhile back that the red light cameras would not be nailing people turning left because of the oncoming vehicles that may run the light causing the person turning left to have to turn on a red. Now that we are starting to see double reds on left hand turns I'm not sure if that still applies. |

I think your safe for the first 5 or 10 seconds of a red for a left turn to clear an intersection, could be 3 seconds for all I know, but it's not the whole length of the red.
But that intersection I think the camera isn't pointing at the left turning lane. |
