What do you mean by " Blackin Out "
Do Mean Tintinting them, or taking the headlight assembly apart and painting Pieces Inside ? |
|

if you put tint on the headlight lens, you will be askin to get pulled over and ticketed ........

As For Painting Pieces Inside, You Have to take the Headlights Outta the car, Which is a task in its own, I Had To Put one In and i wanted to hang myself, Front Bumper Has to be removed and the fenders loosened, anyway...
you remove them from the car, take the bulbs out, and Remove the Rubber dust / moisture covers , thats important because the next step is putting the assembly in the oven, where bulbs will explode and the rubber might possibly melt. I Dont know how long they have to be in the oven tho, or the temp to put them in at, Since i havent experimented yet , I just read about it in a post on a forum for a Projector Retrofit, i Tried to find the forum, It is no longer on The Net,
If You do it , Let me know so i will have some idea of what to set the stove at and the temp Thx and Good Luck |
