Just wanted to stop in to say hello!

I just arrived in Regina at about 7:30pm Alberta time, it's 8:30pm here... I would have travelled further but I had a late start. So, I'm spending the night at the Regina Travel-Inn ($52/night)

The drive was good, road conditions are great and the new truck is friggin awesome...

I should make better ground tomorrow since I'll be leaving early tomorrow morning. Next stop, Thunder Bay. Should get there early enough to hit up the mall (broken in-car cell charger), have dinner at the Keg and hit up the nudie bar that I use to frequent.

Peace!

Where are you off to? TO? If you are, head south from Winni and cut through the US.

You will save ALOT of time and it's a much better drive. If not, have fun in TB!

Hey don't let the Black Dog get you...

I hooked up my accelerator pedal in my car to my brake lights. I hit the gas, people behind me stop, and I'm gone.

good luck

Well, my drive to Thunder Bay went good. Made it here in about 12 hours. Would have made better time but I drove thru Winnipeg (stupid idea) and lost 1 hour.

Got to TB around 8:30pm, checked in to the Super 8 motel. I called my buddy Daryl but he couldn't meet up with me so I had to drink at Private I's alone:(

I left TB around 6:00am and made it to Sudbury around 4:30pm. I met my buddy Mike at his place, cleaned up, went to the Keg for dinner and hit up Gold's for some evening entertainment. Twas a good night but a late one...

Left Sudbury at 8:00am (hung-over) and drove all the way to Saint John (16 hrs). I would have made better time but the road conditions near Rivier De Loupe weren't that great and had to drive thru freezing rain from Fredricton to Saint John. But I made it to my final destination by 1:30am with no casualties...

So, I'm hear now and just need to get settled in for the long haul.

No, I did not trailer my car down, it's still in AB. I plan to return to drive it to STRD and then have it transported to NB once my swap is complete...
