EG6 SiRII
for those of you who drives a Honda, i've got some good news for you. currently i have a shipment of magnetic drain plugs for the oilpan, the function of the magnetic drain plug is to pick up all the little metal particals floating inside your oil. The little metal particals are extremely harmful to your engine, because it'll cause wear to your engine. The magnetic drain plugs are almost identical to the Spoon ones, however the price difference is quite big, Spoon goes for around &#3650, i'm offering these ones for only &#3620, tax in. if you're interested icq me at 94990077. Daniel

That's pretty cool, but man thas expensive. I've seen cheaper ones for Toyotas (around &#3620)

The ones Daniel is selling are only 20, and that includes tax.

I have a question... If you are running an aluminum block, then what good is a magnetic drain plug?.
All I've done is pull the strong magnets from dead HDD's and tape them to my oil filter...
Sorry Daniel

not everything inside the engine are made from aluminum, so things like piston rings, cams, valves.
i have a set of Spoon myself and fine metal shavings do stick on the bolts.

For me I don't see them unless I cut my old oil filter off. Nice to know it's doing something though

TurboBlueNX: These magnetic drain plugs are actually effective because the new Acura TL has them in their oil drain pans. When I saw one of the mechanics do an oil change there was actually quite a bit of sh*t on the plug that the magnet has captured. Ever since I saw that I wanted to get them. That's why I bought 2 from EG6_SiR since they're such a good price from Spoon! As Dan has mentioned the Spoon drain plugs are retailed at &#3655 I think and that's without the taxes. Dan is doing it for 20 flat! It's WIN WIN!!
