True but I don't see the sense of going to Van (other than there will be more hooked up cars) if I'm going to HIN anyways. A lot of the Van cars will most likely be at HIN anyways. |

True, But when I was in Van this summer Importing my Car over the border. I got the Impression from most of the locals, that there were almost no souped imports there due to the new laws. Most guys were raving about the tuned imports and streetracing that they saw in Edmonton and Calgary.
While I was driving through Surrey I decided to swing by a Tuning shop to pick up some new filters for my EVCIV. The only problem was, there were no tuning shops to be found. Every garage and even the dealers said that they did not have more than 2 or maybe 3 tuning shops in all of Vancouver. After about 2 hrs of searching. I finnally found one. And they barely carried any import parts, let alone filters for a boost controller. :wacko: |

We have a scene in edmonton... hahahahahaha.... I think guys like you and Clem and Andy and Markis... actually most of the scene is here and follows the boards.... oh well...
BTW Clem... HIN in seattle... I want to go to that still, but i've got free accomodations in van city, how far is seattle from there? hour wise?! |

Seattle is about an hour from Van.

Clem & Barry, maybe we could set up something for then? A preliminary plan of somesort and check out places to stay, maybe camping (as it would be cheaper)... just some ideas?! Set up a "cruise" for HIN in july.... oh and maybe something for calgary... I'm pretty much game for going down as long as there is someone else that is deffinatly going to come and isn't going to back out at the last minute (unless its something serious)... :bigthumbup: |
