It looks like I am going to be ordering myself a "Woody75".
I am also planning on replacing the shifter bushings at the same time - should I go stock or are there any after market ones that you can recommend? I did a search on TTnet and finding that SPL has some Bronze ones and I found some Delrin ones by nyx motorsports. Any opinions? |

I've only ever used the stock bushings. They're so cheap and they work fine. I might throw a pair of SPL's in eventually, just to try them. But they weren't high on my priority list. (My only potential concern would be if the bronze bushings transmit any additional drivetrain vibration through the shifter.)
But I think James has the bronze shifter bushings. You might want to ask him what his impressions of them are. |
