ZUPRA ZEN

Hey does anyone have any thoughts on what mods i can do to my supra that will give decent power gains without breaking my wallet. Advice is appreciated.

Welcome to V8less Zupra Zen, hope you enjoy your stay.

On a turbo car, the best thing to do first off is getting a 3" exhaust and Intake.

Get that flow going. That shouldn't set you back too much.

Well its a n/a and the current mods include polished head,cold air, and straight through exhaust with the cat removed. What else do you think?

You've got things goingin the right direction. I'm not sure if anyone makes headers for your car, that would be the next logical step. Cams and ECU?.

Perhaps a piggyback fuel computer like the APex-i unit and some good dyno time.

besides the obvious turbo swap (cost 2000 or less for engine and wiring harness and ECU, then maybe 2000 for install, probably less)
here are a few sites which can suggest a lot for the third gen.
im a second gen supra owner myself, so i can probably suggest a few other things if you cant find what your looking for.

the last two are probably going to be fairly interesting, but take a look, also, google for stuff.

I think the next step will be to loosen the spring on the air fapper plate and an electric fan.
