tbody, ignition, headers, exhaust, intake, chip.
Good place to start might be an Cold Air Intake.
The current favorite is the Iceman Intake System. Check out http://integra.vtec.net/iceman.html for a review.
Other intakes to check out are AEM's Cold Air intake as well as the Racing Sports Akimoto Funnel Ram2 (filter made by K&N now, not S&B)
You may also want to DIY and make your own effective intake kit with dryer hose for your cold air.
You'll won't gain a lot of noticeable power, but it will make the car sound a lot meaner.

what you need is a turbo........a big ass, kick in the pants, swallow your tongue turbo....mwahhaha. but if thats a lil too much.....the typical Intake, exhaust and headers is a good way to start out. Its how most NA cars start.

how much horsepower are you exactly looking for?
what's your budget?

Save your money for a supercharger or a turbo...
You'll thank me later for it
Work on the suspension and brakes first

what are your goals and how much do you want to spend? be very specific on your goals.
cya

get a cold air intake, i can hook you up for &#36200, then save up for a JacksonRacing supercharger.
upgrade your suspension with some coilovers(the real ones), upgrade your brakes, find a set of light weight wheels and a set of grippy tires.

Loose
Motec Standalone Exhaust, lol.
If you have little &#36&#36&#36 buy an intake and cat back. They won't make your car really any faster, but it will be louder and feel like a race car
If you have some &#36&#36&#36 saved up, buy a Jackson Racing supercharger. I think Greddy has some really cheap turbo kits for the car too, like &#361800US.

I'ver heard on more than one occasion about the poor quality of Greddy kits, especailly with Manifold cracks. Furthermore they come with zero customer support and rudimentary timing/fuel upgrades. If you go down this path, make sure you understand the big picture.
