| Well i live in Rainy vancouver and im comin home from hockey and its really pouring and so i flip to my "high" setting , well after a few seconds i begin to notice that its not much faster then my "low" setting and sure enough as i switch back i notice like 0 difference, after a quick research yes High is faster but its not high at all, its really pointless actually , but meh i was a little peeved cause the 1 time i needed faster wipers i got nothing, granted is a 92 civic but still , i figured better out of honda my 79 civic high setting work but anyways just curious if anyone else has this problem or jsut me ;) |

it could be worn out or heavy wipers...
the motor may actcually have a higher setting, but may not have the tourque to handel aftermarket heavyduty wipers or something?
just a guess though, i really have no clue |

| i know in my last car the wipers were slower in the cold but there was still a difference between low and high. |
